My dad just sent me a link to another blog in which an author read all 1000+ pages of this health care bill. I have to agree with my dad on this one: Oh my God! I’ve only read some of this but I cannot believe any of this crap! Not only does this bill talk about what I spoke of in the last post, but there are sections in there talking about having access to your own finances, imposing unimaginable taxes to help provide health care for illegal immigrants as well as American citizens. The most distasteful thing is the very last page of the bill talks about giving up state’s rights. Um, forgive me if I’m wrong here, but aren’t states rights a provision of the Bill of Rights of the United States Constitution? Last time I checked it was! And that’s not even the worst part! This bill talks about rationing health care! What the crap!? There is some scary stuff in this.
Um, this is looking like a socialist form of government all the more! What’s next after health care? Government-controlled television?
I want everyone to take a look at this, and spread the word.
