Some rants and what-not from yours truly…

Weekend Review!

So, it’s been a great weekend!  I love a lazy weekend.  I hate that their so short though!  Here’s what happened:

  1. Went skating in Broken Arrow Friday night.  Good exercise.  Love it!
  2. Spent most of Saturday being lazy.  I went to the new apartment complex I’ll be moving into next month and got a few things settled for the big move.  I’m pretty excited.
  3. Saturday evening I went to Memorial HS to help the Foundations Church worship band practice.  It was fun.  They do such a great job on Sundays and they always work hard to prepare.
  4. Sunday was awesome at Foundations Church.  I love seeing the great things God is doing at our church.  I know I sound repetitive when I say that but it’s just so awesome.  I pulled triple duty again Sunday but man it’s so much fun!
  5. Had lunch with the Dalrymples on Sunday. Roast with potatoes and carrots, spinach and mac and cheese! Delicious!
  6. Played some basketball last night.  Whoo-hoo!  Got better.  Had a few friends from Muskogee come up and play too.  I hope they had fun.

I love my life and my friends.  They’re an awesome group of people.

Prayer Requests

  • Keep the people in my last request segment in your prayers.
  • My friend’s cousin, who had the premature baby, is going through a new trial.  I found out last night that the baby died.  Please keep them in prayer and pray that God guides them through this difficult time.
  • Continue to pray for me as I continue my Christian walk.
  • I found out Shannon and his wife Sandy are expecting another baby!  Keep them in your prayers for a healthy pregnancy and birth.

I still highly encourage you to come out to Foundations Church!  It will be awesome and life-changing!  Of course, here’s what you need to know:

Foundations Church meets at Memorial High School (5840 S. Hudson, Tulsa) at 10:30 on Sundays.  This Sunday we’re also having an evening service at 6 PM.  Come out and experience an awesome event!  God will be doing something amazing!  I can feel it!

That’s all for now!  Remember, be Thank-Full (full of thanks, spelling intended) for everyday!  And, as always, be blessed!

Chris
